Personally I prefer coding interview unless you get a question that has multiple answers and you get passed up because of the answer given was the wrong one 😉

Happened to me when asked about a vector, there's the directional vector which was the one they were looking for. Me coming from C++ answered with the vector library complete with coding example of its use. To say the least I didn't get the job or I would have been working for Unity Brighton 😉😉
